Syntax
{BACK:Tutorials} Cuby's tools for automated fragmentation of a large molecules can be used to divide a protein into capped single amino acid (AA) fragments. Interaction of selected amino acid residues with a ligand (or just between AAs) can be then calculated using any method, what allow to analyze contribution of each AA to the binding.
