Estimation of decoherence time

We want a single number estimate of the decoherence time from the simulation. Because the decoherence is a complex number, and its real part is oscillatory, I take its absolute value which decays monotonously. I defined the decoherence time as 2 * the time it takes it to decay below 0.5 (starting at 1).
